Hey there, I used to live on skates & I've been b-girling for a couple of years. Now I want to combine the two. I'm wondering if there are any jam skaters in Toronto, and if anyone knows of any good practice spots?

there aren't any roller rinks downtown.
scooters is the closest! Sad
too bad.
I live in Toronto and have a roller skating company and gang!
you should join us.
I am in the process of organizing weekly city night skates with jams.
did ya go to the break and graph festival last week?
that would have been a great place to jam.
i was there with me gang and my skates!

I hear you are looking for a good place to skate Near TO.
Well although scooters is known for its rep, many of my friends do head down there every sunday, you should see if you were able to make it down to Cambridge, it isn't that far and I know many people that head down to the Forum ( now called Rollerama ) from mississauga. It's a hardwood floor and almost everyone i've talked to agrees that the floor here at the rollerama is much better. If you are looking to try it out, head down on a friday night, its a retro skate but the dj will normally play " a lot " of old school Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

It's a great skate and most of the people are expearanced.

~ Cheers,
Jonathan
