Town Center is a sprawling concrete park located in Coquitlam's Town Center Park. It offers a variety of street and bowl features including a double half-pipe with a spine. It is overall well designed but lacks a bit of flow.

This park is pretty decent, there's a bit of everything and the surface is fast. On the downside it's crowded at times and lacks flow.

There are two half-pipes with bowl ends connected at the spine, a central pyramid with rails, a set of stairs and a couple of good places to shoot out some big airs. There's also lights for night skating.
