Helge is the inventor of the back flip 180. Helge Tscharn was the best aggressive roller skater in Europe from 1985-87.

lars langguth

Lars and his brother Arne were the only German roller skaters that skated side stance in the 1980's.

martin broich

Martin Broich, the inventor of the back-flip in 1981, was larger than life and always made the contest spectators scream!

rene hulgren

Rene was a Danish skater who appeared late in the European skate scene, sometime around 1990. He introduced many new tricks and was ranked number one in Europe in the early 1990's.

Stephan was a vertical roller skater from Munich Germany in the 1980's and early 1990's.

Originally from Germany, Daniel Knopf skated and competed with some of the best vert roller skaters in Europe in the eighties.

Thomas was a good skater from Frankfurt, Germany. He was the only one who could do a back flip as high and radical as Martin Broich. His nickname was "Friedel".
