The terms of our price match guarantee are simple: Find the exact same item in stock in a Canadian store at a better regular price within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you the difference plus 10% of the difference.
This does not apply to specials, promotions, clearance and rebates. The price to match must be the regular price for an item that is currently in stock in a registered business in Canada.
We extend the manufacturer warranty on skates (boots and plates) to 2 years for free! - manufacturers typically provide 3 months to 1 year.
We extend the manufacturer warranty on protective gear to 6 months for free! - manufacturers typically provide 3 months.
And we extend the manufacturer warranty on everything else to 1 year for free!
Outside of the warranty period, if you ever have any problems, please get in touch anyway, there may be something more we can do, or at least we'll be able to offer some advice and resources.
All of the protective gear we sell is guaranteed (by RollerGirl) against defects for 6 months after purchase. This is again a much better warranty than what is offered by the manufacturers.
Defects include things like stitching coming undone, failing Velcro, a cracked splint or cap. Beyond three months, it becomes more difficult to verify whether something was a manufacturing defect or the result of normal wear and tear. Please email us a digital image of the problem and we'll let you know what we can do!
Our policy is to repair defective gear whenever possible, and replace defective gear when a repair is not possible.
Moreover, we have a short-term, no-destruction guarantee. If you destroy your protective gear item beyond usability or fix-ability within one month of purchase, we will replace it for free. Of course, your protective gear must not have been altered or used for purposes that it was not intended for. You may be responsible for the shipping costs if you are far away. If you destroy your gear within three months (but after one month), we can offer you 10% off a replacement or an upgrade at our discretion.
All of the apparel we sell is guaranteed (by RollerGirl.ca) against defects for 6 months after purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason with the apparel that you purchased from us please contact us and we will take care of you!
Clearance products are not eligible for warranty through RollerGirl.ca. If you experience warranty issues with any of these products we suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly as the product may still be covered under the manufacturer warranty. Clearance products may have aesthetic issues but should still be fully functional. If you have purchased a clearance product that arrived with a functional defect that was not stated on the product page, contact us immediately
Our policy is to hold only one sale each year. It is typically in early spring.
