Roller skating is a great way to get exercise, feel good, and have a little bit of normalcy in your life while maintaining your social distances. We are working hard to keep providing you with all you need to keep rolling, while ensuring your safety and the safety and well being of our staff.

Here is what we are doing:

  • We have closed our Vancouver BC retail store. Instead, we are offering no-contact store pickup.
  • We are working with a bare bones staff of three healthy people (Zoe, Nic and Lisa) who chose to keep working, and who have essentially been in isolation together. Even so, each staff is isolated in their own location or on their own floor whenever possible, or physicly distancing in our huge 3800sqft facility.
  • Shipping and receiving is done in a sanitized environment and the shippers wear gloves.
  • Stock reception and courier pick-up is done via a no-contact procedure.
  • The common surfaces of the facility (and door handles, phones, tools etc) are sanitized daily.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your continued support.

These Are Great.. They protect you where you need it.. I bought these after I hurt my tailbone.. Every derby girl should have a pair of these.

I've had these pads just over a month, they are really comfy and better yet, the couple times I've knocked on my arse, I haven't had a single thought of my previously bruised and broken tailbone! They have given me way more confidence to go all out! They do fit a bit big, high in the waist, and I've found them difficult to hide under my booty shorts, but I would Definitely recommend them for anyone with tailbone worries!

I was hesitant about spending the extra money on these shorts when I bought my fresh meat package but I am so glad I did. I have been skating for a couple of months and had my first full on backside fall last week and it didn't hurt at all. I almost want to fall on my tailbone instead of my butt cheek! They do ride quite high at the waist but my shirt covers it and the leg length is longer than short-shorts, but you can slide them up and it's not uncomfortable at all, don't even really notice.

After a pretty serious fall on my tailbone last year that still hurt 8 months later, I decided to spend the big bucks, swallow my pride and buy these crash pads. I wore them all last season and they definitely increased my confidence level after my injury. The obvious downside are that they do ride high in the waist, and can get HOT in the summer, especially where we skate. I also have to admit that I wish I could wear booty shorts over them...Definitely recommend them for those with tailbone or hip injuries.

awesome and figure flattering! Fell on my tail bone and did not hurt myself.

It wasn't long in my pursuit of passing my basic derby skills when I landed hard on my tail bone. Luckily it wasn't too serious of an injury and only kept me out of action for 2-3 weeks. I went and picked up crash pads at roller girl and It was a worth while investment. I have since landed even harder on my tailbone and I have barely felt the impact. They do fit rather tight for the size and can induce some muffin top, but looking good injured vs muffin top skating fiend. I know which one I will take every time.
