Specs:
- Fit: Size the gear based on the fit of knee pads. Take the measurement 4" above top of knee cap.
- SM - Leg measurement of 16" or less
- MED - Leg measurement of 16.5" - 18"
- LG - Leg measurement of 18" - 20"
- * the pads are really stretchy, you can probably make the LG's work even if your measurement is a bit larger, but they will be tight.
