My husband purchased these skates for me for Christmas after Zoë’s recommendation and I am very happy with them so far! It’s been 20 years since I have been on skates and I think they are a great choice to get back to rolling without making a big $$$ commitment. I love that they come with decent outdoor wheels and an adjustable toe stop for their price category. I know that I will upgrade my wheels and bearings before upgrading to a new skate. I would highly recommend RollerGirl.ca and the Rio Rollers Signature skates to those starting out or returning to skating :)
