Recommended for:
  • Sure-Grip plates - Avenger, Avanti, Competitor, Century, Classic, Cyclone, Magnum and Invader

Not usually recommended for:
  • Plates that require a nut and washer
  • Any plates other than the Sure-Grip plates listed above
